Your project manager will be there every step of the way – from initial assessment, to meeting with your insurance carrier’s adjuster to ensure that you receive every benefit that you are entitled to under your policy, as well as presence & oversight during & after the project.Communication- Your project manager will call & visit with you regularly, explaining the process every step of the way. When you have questions, you can expect one-on-one communication – we will never pass you off to a call center or office manager.
