Deck Repair and Replacement

Just imagine what you could do with a nice deck. You could entertain your friends and family, or just relax with a good book. A gorgeous deck creates so many opportunities, and we are ready to help you make your dreams come true. From the design all the way through the build, we handle each and every step of the process, meaning you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Our Materials

We build both redwood and composite decks, and each offers some benefits to our customers. Both are excellent choices, so decide which one is right for you.

Redwood Decks

Redwood has long been a popular option for our clients. The long, straight grain looks amazing on decks, and the vibrant color makes the deck a real showpiece. It looks elegant and expensive, and you are sure to get a lot of compliments on it.

Redwood is also incredibly durable. This weather-resistant wood can handle water better than other types of wood, so you don’t have to worry about shrunken or bowed planks. You will need to seal the deck from time to time, though, so it will last and last.

If you want to have a real wood deck, you simply cannot beat redwood.

Composite Decks

Composite decking is quickly becoming more popular than wood. This is the most durable decking option out there. It’s so durable that you don’t have to worry about staining, scratching, fading, rot, or mold.

This is also an incredibly low-maintenance option. You don’t have to sand, stain, paint, or seal it. Just clean it with soap and water from time to time, and it will retain its gorgeous looks.

This is also a great-looking choice. You can get it with a wood-grain pattern and in various colors. It essentially looks like stained wood, but it’s much more durable and lower-maintenance.

Many of our clients also like that composite decks are made of sustainable materials. You can even get composite decking made of plastic and recycled wood.

Our CustomersTrust, Our Expertise

Designing Your Deck

Once you determine what material you want to use, it will be time to design the deck. We will go over the type of deck that you want, such as a patio deck or pool and spa deck, and then we will use our state-of-the-art 3-D software to design it.

Our software brings your vision to life. You can see what the deck will look like once it’s built and make any changes if you wish. This is a collaborative process, ensuring you end up with the deck of your dreams.

Securing the Permits

After you agree to the design, it will be time to pull the permits. There is quite a bit that goes into the permitting process. We have to send in the soil report, survey, architectural drawings, engineering report, and more. We oversee the entire process, ensuring the permit comes back quickly.

The Building Process

We only use the finest craftspeople when building decks. Our team is skilled in both redwood and composite decks and has built quite a portfolio over the years. Regardless of how complicated your deck is, you can rest assured that it will be perfectly crafted.

After the Build

We don’t just build it and forget it. We have the deck inspected to ensure it is up to code. We want the best for all of our customers, so this is included with the build. When we leave, you will know that your deck is safe, functional, and ready for you to enjoy.

Also, we clean up everything when we are finished, so you don’t have to worry about anything when we leave. We leave your property just as we found it, with one major difference. You will have a gorgeous deck to share with your family and friends.
